Today's steps and actions help to determine the results we expect tomorrow. This is blue print which we need to make it today. Right expertise is required to make this step correct.
There could be many diversions which might come underway but a country need to forget and forgo everything in order to move and march in the direction of progress. This is not an easy task. This needs extensive research. At times we might need to shed old garments to wear a new one. Likewise, old and tittering issues need to left aside to gain new direction. Today's strategy of a country defines the direction next generation going to get. Wrong and UN-meaningful issues can totally spoil the direction and have adverse effects on next generation.
In order to determine the right path one need to think on many points. Few of them I have noted below :
1. After-effects of the action : After effects of the action need to be thought before taking the action. This is most important step and need to rightly consulted. Right brainstorming is amust for this stage.
2. Engagement of all sections : In order to make the plan rolling, it is important to make sure all sections of society gets involved and everyone's concerns are properly addressed. No part of society should be left behind. If a part of society is left behind then success rate of plan or strategy gets significantly reduced.
3. Old issues need to junked sometimes : At times old issues need to be left behind and new direction need to be sought. This is something which need to be considered. Many times a lingering issue is more damaging than the other issues. Best is to leave or forgo such matters.
4. Next Level of Development : Next level of development need to ascertained and must be included in during policy making. So strategy should be well thought to address next level or next-gen requirements.
5. Dynamic in nature : Remember change is rapid and regular. So planning or policy making should not be rigid. It must be flexible. It should have provision for inclusion of changes. This makes policy making fit for all forthcoming developments.
6. Should not be isolating: Policy should not make any particular portion of society isolated. This need to be well checked. If an particular part of society is left isolated, the contribution of that part of society cannot be taken. This might led to slowing down the implementation of plan.
There could be many more points which can be noted. Futuristic approach is required in such matters.
